Let’s get down to business and make sure you’re feeling fully empowered with your pad game. Here’s how you do it: 1. Open the package and take out your pad. No judgment here, we know it’s a little tricky with one hand sometimes (been there). 2. Peel off the sticky part: Take the adhesive backing off the bottom of the pad. It’s gonna help you stick your pad in the right spot. 3. Place the pad in your undies: Line that pad up in the middle of your underwear, sticky side down. You want it sitting snug, but not too snug. We’re not trying to make it a tight squeeze here, just a comfy fit. 4. Fold over the wings: Think of the wings like little safety nets for your period. Fold them over and press them down so they stay in place. Extra security, extra confidence. 5. Change every 4–6 hours. 6. Wash your hands There you go. You’ve got this. Pads that work for your body, so you can take on the world—period.
