1. Open the package and take out your liner.
2. Peel off the sticky part: Take the adhesive backing off the bottom of the liner. It’s gonna help you stick your liner in the right spot.
3. Place the liner in your undies: Line that liner up in the middle of your underwear, sticky side down. You want it sitting snug, but not too snug. We’re not trying to make it a tight squeeze here, just a comfy fit.
4. Change as needed.
5. Wash your hands.
