BLADDER LEAK PROTECTION: For everyday freshness and bladder control, these ultra thin extra long pads with wings provide discreet leak proof absorbency up to 250ml with 3D leak barrier. Ideal for light / medium bladder leaks from postpartum, UTIs and weak pelvic floors. Not recommended for heavy incontinence.

Let’s get down to business and make sure you’re feeling fully empowered with your pad game. Here’s how you do it:
1. Open the package and take out your pad.
2. Peel off the sticky part: Take the adhesive backing off the bottom of the pad. It’s gonna help you stick your pad in the right spot.
3. Place the pad in your undies: Line that pad up in the middle of your underwear, sticky side down. You want it sitting snug, but not too snug. We’re not trying to make it a tight squeeze here, just a comfy fit.
4. Fold over the wings: Think of the wings like little safety nets for leaks. Fold them over and press them down so they stay in place. Extra security, extra confidence.
5. Change as needed.
6. Wash your hands.
