Let’s get down to business and make sure you’re feeling fully empowered with your pad game. Here’s how you do it: 1. Open the package and take out your pad. 2. Peel off the sticky part: Take the adhesive backing off the bottom of the pad. It’s gonna help you stick your pad in the right spot. 3. Place the pad in your undies: Line that pad up in the middle of your underwear, sticky side down. You want it sitting snug, but not too snug. We’re not trying to make it a tight squeeze here, just a comfy fit. 4. Fold over the wings: Think of the wings like little safety nets for leaks.
