This is Alaya’s take on a simple daily chai. The Assam Ginger blend uses organic Assam CTC, a small round-shaped tea that stands for Crush Tear Curl. Its strong, robust, and the base of any great chai. Alaya’s comes from a Regenerative Organic Certified tea estate in Assam, and is paired with spicy organic dried ginger.
We recommend making this one on the stove and letting it simmer. Suggestions below on brewing. Each bag produces about 40 to 50 cups of chai. Certified Organic.
